Over the weekend, LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton SA, the largest conglomerate of luxury goods, have announced their participation in the increase of the large family of Hermes leather 14.2%, a total participation of 17 shares, 1%. LVMH, the labels as famous as Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs, Givenchy, Fendi, has said he does not try to take control of Hermes or represented in the Council, but the news of the sharp rise in ownership of the conglomerate, the brand has many wondering if this remain true for long. Luxury is not just a lifestyle, it is also big business, and Hermes was one of the most profitable properties for high-level mass market thanks to the recent economic crisis. Part of the attraction for many customers is that Hermes Hermes family continues to run the company, even in the fashion industry today and the urban masses. LVMH is now not only share the fun of luxury brands, with a piece of stock Hermes is certainly a safe bet in the luxury market today, one can not stop s to examine the overall objectives of LVMH. Although demand LVMH spokesman has just been long-term objective observers luxury shareholder Hermes is recommended to take with a proverbial grain of salt should be established. If LVMH a controlling stake in Hermes, that would change his feelings or the perception of these companies?
